| Announcement | The GOR is a non-profit organization. It was formed on January 1, 1998, through the merger of the German Society for Operations Research (DGOR) and the Society for Mathematics, Economics and Operations Research (GMÖOR). Its central mission is to promote the dissemination and application of operations research in academia and practice. This is achieved primarily through specialist publications, conferences, working groups, and by supporting young researchers. |
