EURO Thirtieth Anniversary (1975-2005)
The last celebration of EURO Thirtieth Anniversary will take place in Paris on the 18th of November 2005.We are honoured to invite you to our anniversary celebration. EURO, the Association of European OR Societies was established the 29th of January 1975 in Brussels. At that time it was composed by 11 societies. Today EURO represents 29 societies and more than 10,000 researchers and practitioners all around Europe, practising, teaching and doing research in OR. Meanwhile OR, "the science of better", became a mature discipline thanks to which most of the societal and industrial achievements of our societies have been possible. We would be happy to show you some OR contributions in various fields "from industrial logistics to humanitarian applications".Marie Christine Costa
