Special Issue Information

On the occasion of the 22nd Conference on Advances in Continuous Optimization (EUROPT 2025) held at the University of Southampton between 29 June and 2 July 2025, the EURO Journal on Computational Optimization invites submissions of high-quality and original manuscripts to a special issue dedicated to the conference, focusing on significant contributions to theory and methods in continuous optimization. Submitted papers should use, incorporate, or develop advanced computational techniques, consistently supported by thorough and well-designed experimental validation. Each submission must include at least one participant of EUROPT 2025 among the authors.

All submissions will be evaluated using the rigorous assessment criteria of the EURO Journal on Computational Optimization. The deadline for submissions is 1 November 2025. However, all submitted manuscripts will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Accepted papers will be published on the journal web page soon after the completion of the editorial evaluation process of the submission.

Authors are advised to select 'VSI: EUROPT 2025' as article type in the editorial system of the journal, to make sure the submission is grouped under this special issue for the review process.
