BOR Workshop – 2023-09 Delft

September 21, 2023 - September 22, 2023

The Fall Workshop from the European Working Group on Behavioural OR (EWG BOR) is a 2-day workshop to foster the exchange of BOR knowledge and research practices.

Registration for BOR Fall Workshop 2023 in Delft (NL) now open!

Dear Colleague,

We are happy to announce the forthcoming Fall Workshop of the European Working Group on Behavioural OR (EWG BOR) that will take place in Delft, The Netherlands, 21-22 September 2023. The workshop aims at bringing together researchers, students and practitioners to engage in discussions about ongoing recent research, the current state of the field, and future directions of the emerging BOR community. The programme will be comprised of keynote talks from experts, methodological and practical sessions, short presentations by participants, and interactive discussions.

Central to the BOR agenda is the understanding of how human behaviour affects, or is affected by, OR-supported activity, and the use of this understanding to improve OR practice and education. Against this backdrop, we cordially invite contributions that explore behavioural issues in relation to OR, especially those that examine behaviour in OR-supported settings.

Your contribution will be a short presentation delivered as a lightning talk based on conceptual or empirical work that is either complete or still ongoing. Additionally, we provide all participants the option to present a poster. For further information, please see “Guidelines for Authors” in the section below.

It is possible to attend without submitting a talk or a poster contribution.
