All issues regarding registration fees, invoices and payments will be handled by the travel agency Neto Viagens(https://netoviagens.com.br). Any extensions to the accommodation packages included in the fees, or any tourist travel around Natal, should be arranged directly with the travel agency.

Fees

Basic fee

Registration in the meeting, including welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches and meeting dinner – 1000 Reais (app. 160€)

Standard fee    

Registration in the meeting, including welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, meeting dinner, and 5 nights of accommodation in the meeting hotel – 3325 Reais (app. 535€). Addition of a second guest to the room – 250 reais (app. 40 €).

Extended fee

Registration in the meeting, including welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, meeting dinner, and 7 nights of accommodation in the meeting hotel – 4255 Reais (app. 685€). Addition of a second guest to the room – 315 reais (app. 50 €).
