Dates, Location and Activities
Plan to join your Mathsport friends for our 2026 meeting, 1-3 July. The meeting will be held near Bond University at the Star Gold Coast, 1 Casino Dr, Broadbeach QLD 4218, Australia. The conference is co-organized by Bond University and University of the Sunshine Coast. The seven-acre complex includes conference facilities, restaurants, recreational facilities, a health spa, a theater and more than 1,000 hotel rooms. The facility is connected to the adjacent Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. For each of the three days, your conference fee will include coffee/tea and snacks before we start, a morning break, lunch, and an afternoon break. Other activities are being planned for attendees to take part in as their time may permit.

Three keynote speakers will present significant views on a variety of Mathsport topics.
Topics for the Conference
The conference will cover, but is not limited to, the following topics of interest to sports scientists, mathematicians, statisticians, coaches, and athletes. The term “sport” is interpreted liberally here and includes games and pastimes, gambling, general fitness, and health-related activities.

Speakers
Speakers will each have 25 minutes to present a talk and answer questions from the participants.
Abstracts
Provide an abstract by 15 March 2026, with a maximum of 300 words, on one-page, titled with the topic and your name, using the template here to be sent to Raystefani@aol.com for review by Ray Stefani and Adrian Schembri. The Abstracts Book will be available here when finished. We use the abstracts to setup the conference schedule.
Proceedings
The template for Proceedings papers is available here . Papers are limited to ten pages. Do not number the pages. When you have finished your paper, save and send your paper as a pdf file, with your last name included first in the file name. Full papers will be uploaded through a Microsoft CMT page (with link to appear here) and will undergo peer review by the program committee. Full papers are due 15 April 2026. The results of peer reviews will be returned to authors by 15 May 2026. Authors are to complete review requirements by 1 June 2026, after which the Proceedings Book is to be finalized. The Proceedings will have an ISBN number and when completed, the Proceedings will be available here. The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service will be provided free by Microsoft including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support. The Organizing Committee welcomes all contributors. We look forward to a very informative and congenial meeting.
