Mehmet Yanilmaz

Mehmet Yanilmaz, Ph.D., is President of Navus, Inc. in Chicago, an advisory firm delivering solutions in finance, strategy and technology. Yanilmaz is a hands-on technologist with expertise in engineering, manufacturing, supply-chains, IT, and financial markets.  His academic credentials include faculty positions at Northwestern University (school of engineering and Kellogg School of Management) and the department of computer science at The University of Chicago. Yanilmaz serves as a subject-matter expert at the Institute of Financial Markets (IFM) in Washington, D.C.  The IFM is an affiliate of Futures Industry Association, the leading international trade organization for the futures, options and centrally-cleared derivatives markets. Yanilmaz’s expert witness experience covers disputes in product performance, financial markets, fintech, IT, intellectual property, determination of reasonable royalties, violations of employment contracts.  He prepared expert witness reports and rebuttals.  He delivered depositions and testimonies.
