Registration fees

• Early registration fee (until March 13): 400 €
• Late registration fee (starting March 14): 500 €

The registration fee includes a reception on Wednesday night, the conference dinner on Thurday night, coffee breaks, lunches, conference material and a social activity.

Invoicing

If you need an invoice, please contact Sophie Wellens BEFORE making payment.

Please give the time for our accounting department to process it, it might take a few days. But you will benefit from the early registration fee if you ask for the invoice before the deadline, don’t worry if payment comes later on.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations received before April 15 will be fully refunded, but keep in mind that the reimbursement might take a few weeks to be processed.
