  ICDSST 2027 13th International Conference on Decision Support System Technology, Chania, Crete. 26-28 May, 2027.

  The ICDSST 2027 will be jointly organised by the Euro-Working Group on Decision Support System (EWG-DSS) and the Technical University of Crete, Greece. It aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogues and collaboration, encouraging forward-thinking decision approaches that align DSS technology with long-term societal, business and organisational prosperity.

  The 13th International Conference on Decision Support Systems Technology (ICDSST 2027) will centre on the theme “Responsible AI and Decision Support Systems“. AI now shapes how organisations and societies produce, share and act on knowledge, and that makes the way we design and govern these systems as important as what they can do. The conference focuses around how decision support systems can keep AI accountable and useful, and how they help turn knowledge into good decisions in firms, public bodies and society at large.

  We welcome academics, researchers, developers, practitioners, innovators and policymakers to share their work and find collaborators. We are interested in methodologies, processes, models, tools, frameworks and applications, and in questions of transparency and explainability, fairness, human oversight of automated decisions, data governance, regulatory compliance, and the value of knowledge-intensive decision support. ICDSST has always reached well past technology alone, and we equally welcome work on the organisational, ethical, behavioural and policy sides of responsible AI in decision support.

  Authors Guide

  Submission Guidelines

  We Welcome Contributions in the Following Categories:

  • Full Papers (12–15 pages): Full papers must follow the Springer LNBIP template from Springer. Accepted full papers will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP) series. The Licence to Publish Agreement and Instructions for Authors are available for download for publication purposes.
  • Short Papers (Up to 6 pages): Short papers should have up to 6 pages and should use the Short-Paper ICDSST 2026 Template. The editable version is available for download here: Word version.
  • Poster: Designed to showcase ongoing work or preliminary results. Posters should follow the designated template.

  Submission

  • All submissions must be made via Microsoft CMT.
  • Please ensure your manuscript adheres to the relevant template before submission.

  lmportant Dates:

  We welcome submissions in various forms, including: full papers, short papers and posters.

  Full papers: 15th January 2027
  Short papers: 1st March 2027
  Posters: 1st March 2027
