Maria Elena Bruni is Assistant Professor in Operations Research at the University of Calabria Unical (Italy). She earned the degree of management engineer in 2001 (Unical), the degree of Master of Health care management in 2002 (Univ. sapienza Rome) and a PhD in 2005 (Unical) in Operations Research. She teaches courses on Optimization and Business Processes Management. Her main research interests are project scheduling, health care planning and routing, all under uncertainty. She has published more than 50 papers on these topics.
