The 20th PMS Workshop was held at LAAS-CNRS, Toulouse, France, from April 13 to 16, 2026. A Master Class for young researchers and a Hakaton took place on April 13, 2026. It was very well received by the participants.
Traditionally, the finalists of the Best Student Paper Award gave their presentations during the Conference and the Jury selected 3 laureates. The laureates of the Best Student Paper Competition are:
1st place – Loris Trotter (University of Bern) for paper titled: “Mathematical Programming for Workload-Balanced Scheduling of Resource-Constrained Projects”
2nd place – Vilem Heinz (Czech Technical University in Prague) for paper titled “Constraint and Integer Programming for Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem with Transfer Times”
3rd place – Johanna Mlekusch (University of Vienna) for paper titled: “Scheduling under multi-skill workforce constraints: A novel Logic-Based Benders Decomposition Approach”
