DESCRIPTION:​AUEB Sports Analytics Workshop & Conference 2026 (SAW 2026)\, the 10th in the series\, is scheduled as a live event at Athens University of Economics and Business\, Department of Statistics on Monday 4 & Tuesday 5 of May 2026.  \n​The workshop will be accompanied by three short courses: \n— A virtual 9-hour short course on Sports Management\, on 6-8 May 2026. It will be delivered by Argyro Elisavet Manoli (Associate Professor Management and Marketing\, University of Bergamo)\, Gabriele Murtas (Post-doctoral Researcher in Management and Marketing\, University of Bergamo) and  Federico Mangiò (Tenured Track Researcher in Management and Marketing\, University of Bergamo).  \n— A live 9-hour short course on Coaching by numbers\, on 6-8 May 2026. It will be delivered by Christos Marmarinos (International Scouter of Sacramento Kings)\, Sotiris Drikos (Assistant Professor in Physical Education\, University of Athens\, and former Federal Volleyball Coach) and Vasilis Armatas (Head of Performance Analysis at AEK FC). \n— A virtual 9-hour short course on Football Analytics\, on 11-13 May 2026.
