This site is created to <strong>connect BOR people<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Our Core Definition of BOR <\/h2>\r\n<h2><\/h2>\r\n<h2><\/h2>\r\n<h2><\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\">Central to the BOR agenda is the understanding of how human behaviour affects, or is affected by, OR-supported activity, and the use of this understanding to improve OR practice and education.<\/p>\r\n<h2><\/h2>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p> Against this backdrop, we cordially invite contributions that explore behavioural issues in relation to OR, especially those that <strong>examine behaviour in OR-supported setting<\/strong> (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/mission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BOR Mission<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background is-style-default\" \/>\r\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_wp_posts title=&#8221;Upcoming Brown Bag Lunch Seminar&#8221; number=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\r\n<p>We present BOR contributions at the Brown Bag Lunch Seminar (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/behavioral-operation-research-brown-bag-seminar-series\/\">BOR Seminars<\/a>). If you would like to be included as a member of the working group and be included in our mailing list please navigate to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/register\/\">become a member page<\/a> on this website.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/special-issues-2\/\">special issue on BOR<\/a>\u00a0in EJOR came out in early 2016.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/event\/ifors2014\/\">IFORS meeting<\/a>\u00a0in Barcelona in July 2014 had the first stream of papers in BOR, followed by streams in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/event\/euro2015\/\">EURO 2015<\/a>\u00a0in Glasgow,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/event\/euro2016\/\">EURO 2016<\/a>\u00a0in Poznan,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bor.aalto.fi\/ifors2017.html\">IFORS 2017<\/a> in Quebec, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/websites\/bor\/event\/euro2018\/\">EURO 2018<\/a> in Valencia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro-online.org\/web\/pages\/1649\/2019-dublin-euro-k\">EURO 2019<\/a> in Dublin, and in EURO 2021 Hybrid Conference in Athens\u00a0where BOR was an area. The sessions were full and people were quite excited with lively discussions.
