Abstract
Research has shown that Gender diversity is increasingly being recognized to be beneficial in organizations. However, the underrepresentation of women in leadership positions in developing countries appears to hinder performance of fintechs and limit their abilities to fully contribute positively to the society. This study applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process Model to investigate whether gender influences the priority of key corporate governance framework elements, CGFEs, in fintechs in Nigeria - to enable fintechs develop appropriate strategies in line with sustainable development goals.
