Abstract
Sky-high costs and unreliable logistics make it tough to get solar products into developing countries. Entrepreneurs hustle through currency fluctuations, pricey shipping, customs holdups, and patchy distribution networks. In this study, I roll up my sleeves and dive into real numbers, using Operational Research to fine-tune how people buy and move solar products. The results are pretty clear: teaming up on orders and planning with real data cuts costs and gets solar energy out to more people. That boosts local businesses and makes sustainable energy more than just a pipe dream.
