Abstract
The study examined the moderating effect of selected Total Quality Management dimensions namely; process management, continuous improvement and employee involvement on the relationship between packaging redesign and operational efficiency. Employing purposive and stratified sampling, 250 respondents were selected from manufacturing firms in Lagos state. Data was analysed using multiple regression analysis. Findings reveal process management significantly moderates the relationship between packaging redesign and operational efficiency.
