Abstract
This paper details full application of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Super Decisions software to solve pre-mix concrete supply vendor selection problem for a company in Lagos State. The problem was formulated into hierarchical model with three alternative suppliers and four selection criteria. Supplier C was recommended as the preferred supplier. While B and A came second and third respectively. Super Decision software proved to be highly effective in modeling and analyzing multi-criteria decision making in real industry situations in Lagos State.
