Abstract
This study aims to explore the application of the AHP model to investigate post-purchase factors that determines Generation Z online retailing consumers repurchase and switching behaviour from Global South country, Nigeria. Adopting the quantitative approach, descriptive and exploratory AHP based questionnaire, it attempts to analyse, prioritise and rank factors that are critical for Gen Z online retailing consumers repurchase and switching behaviour using AHP for improving service delivery of online retailing service providers in Nigeria.
