Abstract
Graph network，as an effective model to describe the interaction of data, has become a more and more powerful tool in attacking some biomedical problems. The rise of network sciences，such as network biology, network medicine, network neuroscience and network pharmacology, provides a new perspective for systematic and comprehensive research on biomedical problems.In this talk, I will introduce some applications of graph and network methods in several important biomedicine issues
