Abstract
This paper examines the effects of organizational ambidexterity on financial performance in hotel industry. Due to the relative lack of validated understanding of the organizational ambidexterity effects on financial performance, it contributes to the development of theory explaining this interaction and its effects. The results provide new insights on the role of exploratory and exploitative activities of Romanian hotels.
