Abstract
Personalized medicine improves outcomes and reduce health disparities by tailoring guidelines to individual characteristics but are often challenging to implement. We propose an explainable clustering method to decide the optimal intensity and configuration of population stratification, aiming to minimize health inequalities while ensuring the guidelines remain practical and implementable.
