Abstract
The paper is dedicated to optimization of linear functions over the cone of doubly non-negative matrices and its dual, the sum of semidefinite plus nonnegative cones. Several equivalent conditions of strict complementarity and nongeneracy are given. The findings are illustrated with examples.
