Abstract
In the U.S., over 3 million are estimated to have hepatitis C, with many cases undiagnosed. Early detection of hepatitis C is crucial but hindered by high screening and treatment costs. The paper discusses how Netflix-style contracts could incentivize increased screenings and treatment by offering fixed payments for unlimited drugs
