Abstract
This research aims to develop and evaluate a model that explores the relationship between perceived overqualification, job crafting and employee cyberloafing. Drawing on job-demand resource theory, the model proposes that employee engagement serve as an explanatory factor in this association. Additionally, it has been suggested that the ambidextrous leaders also positively impact employee engagement which in turn reduce cyberloafing.
