We are delighted to invite you to the joint European Conference on Stochastic Optimization and Computational Management Science 2027, taking place at Lancaster University, UK, from 20–23 June 2027.
The conference will focus on recent advances across a broad range of topics in optimisation and decision-making under uncertainty. The event welcomes both researchers and practitioners working on relevant methodologies and applications across a range of fields. The programme will feature invited plenary talks, tutorials, as well as invited and contributed sessions. We warmly welcome participants from around the world to join us for this exciting conference.

We will offer a limited number of financial grants to support the attendance of PhD students, early-career researchers, and delegates with caring responsibilities. More details can be found on the conference website.
Abstract Submission and Best Student Paper Competition
Abstract submission is now open, as is the Best Student Paper Competition. The deadline for both submissions is 4 February 2027.
Call for Tutorials
We welcome tutorial proposals on topics related to the conference themes. Tutorials may be offered in 2–3 hour formats. Accepted tutorial presenters will receive a full conference registration fee waiver. The proposal deadline is 15 December 2026.
Invited Streams/Sessions
We also welcome proposals from colleagues who would like to organise an invited stream or session. Please email your proposal to the conference email address: ecsocms@lancaster.ac.uk.
