We are happy to announce a PhD position at FU Berlin funded by MATH+ on
the topic "Tropical geometry for correlated objectives in multicriteria
decision making" in the group of Georg Loho (FU Berlin) in collaboration
with the groups of Ralf Borndörfer (FU Berlin, ZIB) and Sven Jäger (TU
Berlin).
We especially welcome candidates with a strong background in discrete
optimization.
The application deadline is 31.08.2026 and the start date is as soon as
possible.
