Professor Paulo Gonçalves is Professor of System Dynamics and Management at University della Svizzera Italiana (USI) and Director of the Humanitarian Operations Group.
He is also a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a former Research Affiliate at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Prior to joining USI, he held appointments at MIT Sloan and the University of Miami Graduate School of Business.
