International Conference on Operational Research (KOI) brings together scientists and academics as well as practitioners from various aspects of OR with the aim of establishing contacts network, presenting research ideas and sharing the most valuable experiences.
The conference is organized by Croatian Operational Research Society (CRORS) in cooperation with Faculty of Economics Business and Tourism, University of Split, as co-organizer.
The conference KOI 2026 will be held on September 23-25, 2026.

In addition to sessions, the KOI 2026 conference will offer a workshop held by Professor Goran Lesaja from the Corvinus University, Budapest, titled:
The KOI 2026 conference also includes special methodological workshop for students enrolled in Postgraduate study programmes.
Within the section, students can present their results so far and get the opinion of an expert in the methodology they would use. In addition, they can present the problems they encountered and we will try to solve them together. On the other hand, if students are just at the stage of creating a theoretical model and can not decide upon which methodology is the most appropriate, this section is the ideal place to expand their methodological perspectives.
Experts from the following fields will participate in this special methodological section: operational research, statistics and econometrics, panel methodology, neural networks, SEM methodology and others.
Postgraduate students who apply for the special methodological Workshop have to submit a summary/abstract of their research.
