SCOPE
NetGCoOp 2026 welcomes submissions, from both researchers and practitioners, on all aspects of efficient and robust operation and evaluation of networked systems. The conference serves as a multidisciplinary crossroad, bridging the gap between mathematical foundations and real-world impact of network science.
While the conference has deep roots in internet communications, its scope encompasses all complex interconnected systems. We encourage submissions that develop fundamental tools or apply them to diverse domains such as computing, production lines, logistics, and network dynamics. Both theoretical and experimental submissions are encouraged.

PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION
Regular papers (with oral presentation)
Regular papers are solicited as full papers, of at least 8 and no more than 10 single-spaced single-column pages; each submission will be subject to a full review process.
Regular papers will be presented in a regular oral presentation slot.
Short papers (with poster presentation)
Short papers are solicited as extended abstracts of exactly 4 single-spaced single-column pages; each submission will be subject to a full review process.
Short papers will be presented in a poster and also in a shared oral presentation slot using one slide before moving to the poster’s foyer.
Publication in conference proceedings
The conference proceedings will include all accepted and presented regular and short papers and will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Series.
No show policy: In order to be included in the proceedings, each paper will require the full registration of at least one author, who will have to present the work in person at the conference.
Publication in journals - by invitation
A selection of the best queueing theory papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to a collection of the Springer Nature “Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications” (QUESTA) journal.
A selection of the best performance evaluation papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to a collection of the Elsevier “Performance Evaluation” (PEVA) journal (To be confirmed).
