ROADEF/EURO 2026 Challenge "Keep the Flow!" is officially open! **Teams can register**

  This year's edition, titled "Keep the Flow!", focuses on the optimization problem of T-Adaptive Segment Routing (T-ASR). Proposed by Orange Research, the challenge invites participants to design efficient optimization algorithms for routing in large-scale telecommunication networks, taking into account scheduled maintenance interventions and reconfiguration budgets.   • Detailed subject description: full technical specifications.
  • Initial dataset (Set A, for the sprint phase): to begin testing your algorithms.
  • Solution checker: a C++20 tool to validate your results.
  • Networktools Library: A fast header-only C++20 library for modeling and solving network optimization problems.

  Prizes & Participation: The competition is endowed with a total prize pool of €35,000, with categories for best teams, junior researchers (students), and scientific contributions.   February, 25th 2026		ROADEF 2026 : Challenge begins. Subject available.
  March, 06th 2026		Checker and Set A of instances available. Registration starts.
  June, 01st 2026		(Optional) Sprint on set A instances. Deadline for submitting computational results table, and solutions files.
  June, 15th 2026		Sprint results. Set B of instances available.
  July, XXth 2026		IFORS 2026 : Special Session
  September, 14th 2026		Deadline for submission on qualification phase on set B of instances.
  October, 05th 2026		Qualification results. Set of C instances available
  January, 15th 2027		Deadline for submitting final program
  February, XXth 2027		ROADEF 2027 : Final phase results. Set of X instances available
  November, XXth 2027		Deadline for submitting paper to scientific prize.
  February, XXth 2028		ROADEF 2028 : Scientific Prize results.
