We are proud to announce the research school:
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ON MATHEMATICS "GUIDO STAMPACCHIA"
"Optimization models and methods for challenging energy problems" (OMCEP24)
The program of the school consists of 6 mini-courses:
* Optimization for modern power system operations by Miguel Anjos (6h)
* Multi-Leader-Follower games in energy problem: theory and applications by Didier Aussel (6h)
* Practical classes on optimization of European electricity system planning in presence of massive – diffuse – flexibilities by Olivier Beaude et Adrien Seguret (6h)
* Pricing Consumer Behaviour by Luce Brotcorne (3h)
* Adaptive Machine Learning for Time Series Forecasting by Pierre Gaillard et Yannig Goude (3h)
* Applications of Optimization in Energy by Daniele Vigo (1.5h)
The school is not only aimed to PhD students and post-doc but also to researchers who would like to discover/reinforce their knowledge at the interface of optimization and energy.
Registration is now open. Note that the number of participants is limited and that applications will be treated on a rolling basis.
Didier Aussel (U. Perpignan), Luce Brotcorne (INRIA Lille), Miguel Anjos (U. Edinburgh), and Daniele Vigo (U. Bologna)
