Abstract

Electric vehicles are staring to make their mark as the go-to choice for mobility. However, EV networks are at an increased risk of cyberattacks and disruption due to reliance on high levels of technology. This paper models disruption on one network and explores the option of relying on competing EV charging networks to continue serving customers using a minmax objective function. For different levels of disruption on the selected network, we identify the best choice of competing network to have a tie-up. We use data from real life EV charging networks in UK for analysis.
