Abstract
Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing is aa very prominent and successful application area of Operations Research. It is widely used in many service industries (Airlines, Ride Hailing, Railways, Hotels and so on). In this talk I will describe some of the challenges in implementing a fully automated dynamic pricing system and the many open Operations Research problems that can improve the systems and make them more robust and have bigger impact on industrial practice.
